This over 60-year-old parcel, within the heart of the Butteaux vineyards, whose yields are slowly diminishing, deserves its separate vinification and maturation and delivers wonderful wines worthy of a Grand Cru vineyard. Vinified and matured for a minimum of 12 months in stainless steel tanks. It opens with notes of condensed milk, acacia fowers and licorice. On the palate, maritime saline flavors preceed a warm finish, with jam and peach, baked apples, and tarte Tatin. #CHABLISFEATURE
