VIKRE SUMMER GIMLET
2 oz Vikre Strawberry Rhubarb Gin
.5 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz agave syrup
Directions: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
YUZU BEE’S KNEES
1.5 oz Oka Kura Gin
.5 oz Oka Kura Yuzu Liqueur
.75 oz lemon juice
.75 oz honey syrup
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass.
BATCHED HOUSE MARTINI
7 oz BCN Gin
7 oz Junmai Ginjo sake
7 oz Cocchi Extra Dry Vermouth
3 oz water
1 oz caper brine
6 oz olive oil
Directions:
Combine in a freezer-safe container and stir. Let sit 1 hour at room temp, then freeze overnight. Remove olive oil cap, strain, and store in freezer. Serve in a chilled martini glass with a lemon twist and caper berry.
PASSIONATE MARGARITA
2 oz Yola Mezcal
.75 oz Fair Passion Fruit Liqueur
.75 oz lime juice
.25 oz simple syrup
3 dashes Maleza Citricos bitters
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass.

1.5 oz Cappelletti Aperitivo
1.5 oz Cocchi Torino
club soda to fill
Directions: Pour spirit ingredients in a highball glass over ice. Add club soda to fill. Garnish with an orange slice.

½ oz Tattersall Orange Crema
1 oz Mango-Mint Syrup*
½ oz lime juice
2-3 oz soda water
Directions: Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled Collins glass. Stir. Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.

16 oz Ceres mango puree
2 cups sugar
2 cups mint (chopped)
8 oz water
Combine all ingredients over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and strain through fine mesh.
YACHT CLUB COCKTAIL
2 oz Maggie’s Farm Dark Rum
¾ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz Maggie’s Farm Falernum
½ oz Dapper Baron Triple Sec
¼ oz simple syrup
Directions: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass.
ROKNAR BUCK
1.5 oz Far North Roknar Rye Wiskey
.75 oz Massenez Crème de Ginger Liqueur
.25 oz Dampfwerk Orange Liqueur
.25 oz lime juice
club soda
Directions: Combine rye, liqueurs, and lime juice over ice in a lowball glass. Stir. Top with soda water and garnish with lime wedge.
CLASSIC DAIQUIRI
2 oz Rhum JM Agricole ESB Gold 100 proof
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Bitter Queens Caribbean bitters
Directions: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lime peel.
