How do I earn Reward Points?
How do I sign up?
If you've never shopped with us, register for a new account and opt-in to the Loyalty at checkout. If you've changed your mind after creating your account, all you need to do is navigate to the Rewards page and accept the T&C there.
You can also sign up for the first time online, regardless if you make a purchase or not! Just follow the REGISTER steps for a New Customer, outlined below.
If you have shopped with us and aren't sure of your status, register a new account or contact us and we can point you in the right direction.

Are you still sending postcards?
We are no longer mailing physical coupons for rewards based discounts.
You can now redeem your points for coupons when it works best for you or accumulate your points for a bigger discount, up to $30 off!
250 points = $10 Coupon, 500 Points = $20 Coupon, 750 points = $30 coupon
Now, you'll receive a unique coupon code via email after you've chosen to redeem points for a coupon in your Loyalty Dashboard. The coupon code will be valid for 30 days, and can be used in-store at Surdyk's Liquor or online at surdyks.com.
Do Points ever expire?
Earned points expire a year following the original purchase date.
Points can be tracked on your Loyalty Dashboard under the "Activity Tab" including the date on which their points expire.
All legacy points that were earned in the Heart Healthy Program have been migrated over to the new program and are valid through July 2, 2021.

Navigate to Your Account through any of these paths.

HEART HEALTHY POINTS?
If you were a previous customer, we've carried over your Heart Healthy Points and they'll be valid online through July 2021.
All new points in the current program accrued are valid for one year from the date they are earned.
REDEMPTION POOLS
We'll be offering other allocated items throughout the year and the only way to get in on the action is to join Surdyk's Rewards program.
The more points you have, the more opportunities you have to bid on these more highly sought after items! New items each pool! We'll announce these Redemption Pools via email and our website.
