Description
Stolpman’s Profit Sharing Project When Tom Stolpman founded his vineyard, he made a promise — his dream would benefit everyone involved. Vineyard manager Ruben Solorzano brought that to life by giving each crew member their own block of vines to farm, turning workers into invested stewards of the land. The wine they produce — La Cuadrilla — is their wine. Today, roughly 18% of winery production goes into the blend, with profits returned to the crew through weekly and year-end bonuses. Every bottle you buy puts money directly in the hands of the people who grew the grapes.
