The ripest of grapes are pressed carefully after two weeks of fermentation and maceration in 2000-liter open fermentation vats. The wine is aged in small, mostly new oak barrels for a year then bottled after minimal filtration.It has a saturated ruby color with purple reflections and deep roasted aromas of ripe fruit such as cassis, black berry and ripe strawberry. This wine has a finely woven structure, a very good density, body and hints of spices and harmonious tannins.
