Carrying on the tradition of Champagne Louis Roederer in France, Roederer Estate produces sparkling wines in the traditional French method and adds special oak-aged reserve wines to each blend. This is an exquisite sparkling wine made from 52% Chardonnay, 48% Pinot Noir, and aged for almost six years in oak cask. Crisp apple dominates with barely a trace of yeastiness on the nose or palate.
