The bright fruit and snappy acids make this a complete winner. It comes from a historical but small winery just outside of Penedes (ground-zero for Spain’s greatest Cavas), in a small town technically in Tarragona, just outside Barcelona. We knew we were on to a good thing when we brought this in, but now that we’ve had it here for a while, grown to know it, taken a few bottles home, it has very quickly become our go-to Cava. Bring a bottle home, get to know it. I’m pretty sure you’ll end up being more than pleasantly surprised.
