Xarel·lo (45%)/ Macabeo (30%)/ Parellada (25%) Aged more than 42 months in the traditional bottle with its lees. Pale golden color with greenish reflections. Very fine bubbles. Primary aromas of white fruit (white peach, pear) and citrus (grapefruit) stand out on a creamy background of fine pastry and roasted hazelnut. On the palate it is fresh, with a very well integrated, long finish.
