Description
Made with organically cultivated Espadin, Montelobos mezcal was created with the aim of showing the complex balance between the four basic flavor profiles in artisanal mezcal: green agave, cooked agave, smoke, and wild fermentation. Aromas of damp earth, freshly cut grass, honey, citrus, asparagus, and smoke, followed by flavors of cooked and green maguey, nuts, herbs, and smoke.
