Milam & Greene CEO Heather Greene worked with spirits experts Noah Rothbaum and David Wondrich to create this blend of bourbons from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Texas, some made with malted rye and ranging in age from 3 to 14 years. It starts with a pop of spice from the young Texas bourbon, and evolves into a softness on the mid-palate with toasty robustness from the malted rye. It finishes with dark cherry notes characteristic of older bourbon.
