Description
The grapes for this wine from come from Hyde Vineyard, one of the most famous and historic Chardonnay vineyards of California. Tucked away in the southern part of Napa Valley, the entire estate is a gorgeous expanse of rolling hills with southeast exposure and saline morning fog. The parcel of Musque clone of Chardonnay that makes up this bottling was planted in 1992. The wine is fermented and aged in French Oak, then bottled as this single-vineyard wine. Scents of citrus zest, honey and spice. Flavors of fresh green apple and lemon cream.
