But, smell alone does not a wine make - and fortunately, Markham matches a beautiful flavor to that pretty nose. Lychee and citrus flavors are wrapped up with a bright minerality and a long, lingering finish. Pair this with a Caprese salad when Tomatoes are at their peak.
