The blend is 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, all from 2015 vintage. Full malolactic fermentation, 2 years of aging on the lees creates this wine of incredible texture and suppleness. Rich fragrances hint of exotic fruit and baked bread. Worthy of any celebration.
