One Bottle, Endless Possibilities: Xila Licor De Agave 7 Notas
Posted on Jan 15th 2026
THE BOTTLE: Xila Licor de Agave 7 Notas from Mexico
Xila Licor de Agave 7 Notas is a mezcal-based liqueur that blends tradition, craft, and layered flavor. Built on artisanal espadín mezcal from Mazatlán, Sinaloa, it features seven distinct notes—caramelized pineapple, lavender, ancho chile, hibiscus, clove, cinnamon, and black pepper—working in balance from floral to warm and gently spiced. Made at the female-owned Flor de Luna Distillery in Mexico City, Xila is named for the Zapotec word for “women” and offers a modern, versatile take on agave.
