Saint‑Hilaire Brut Blanquette de Limoux is a crisp, elegant sparkling wine from the Limoux region of southern France, one of the oldest sparkling wine areas in the world. Made primarily from the local Mauzac grape with touches of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc, it's crafted using the traditional méthode traditionnelle, giving it fine, lively bubbles. On the palate, it delivers bright citrus and green apple notes with subtle floral hints, balanced acidity, and a clean, refreshing finish. Blanquette refers to this classic style of sparkling wine — its name means “little white,” honoring the pale wines historically made from Mauzac.
