Organic practicing, this 100% Chardonnay comes from 3 parcels in Meursault, including Les Clous et le Limousin. Grapes are hand harvested. Fermentations take place in barrel and wine goes through malo whike aging 12+ months in barrel (1/6 new), plus 3-6 months in tank.
