Granada-Vallet is an herbacious bitter liqueur from Hidalgo, Mexico inspired by a similarily-hued Italian aperitif. This has distinct pomegranate tartness, flavors of cinnamon and fennel, balanced by gentian root, wormwood, and cinchona bark. Oaxacan cochineal delivers the beautiful color. Serve over ice, or in a Oaxacan Negroni.
