This unfiltered, unfined Pinot Noir from Vincent Girardin represents well the Pinot Noir of the Burgundy region. It’s color is a pretty ruby red, the nose is dominated by violets and anise and the palate is the light, softly tannic, earthy, tart fruit that you’d expect. Drink with a Mediterranean inspired salmon dish, roasted pork tenderloin or a lovely hunk of Delice de Bourgogne (available in our cheese shop).
