Description
Count on California Sauvignon Blanc grapes yielding a dry palate of citrus and spice. Dry Creek is one of the best at hitting this target. Wine Spectator (March 2012) lists as a “Best Value” with these notes: “White pepper, talc, celery leaf aromatics leap out of the glass... offers mouthwatering acidity and vivid notes of key lime and lemons.” Great with flakey fish dishes. -Bill McCleary, Wine Consultant
