Christophe Sornay is the fifth generation to lead the tiny 12 hectare estate. A treat to find this Beaujolais blanc. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it is bright with some white flower aromas. Citrus and stonefruit, even a hint of spice and honey mingle in with the stoney minerality and make for an incredibly versatile food wine.
