CVNE has been producing Monopole in Haro since the beginning of the 20th century. This is the white wine with the oldest registered name in Spain. Made from Viura grapes harvested from our own vineyards and vineyards owned by our usual Rioja Alta suppliers. All work is carried out by hand, including the grape harvest. On arrival at the winery, the grapes macerated with their skins for 8 hours at a temperature of 10-12ºC. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to extract and preserve the distinctive, fruity and floral primary aromas of the variety.
