Founded over 125 years ago with some of the best vineyard parcels the region had to offer, this outfit has been making some of Spain’s best wines for decades and is known as a house that stands for traditional winemaking techniques and styles. It's been a favorite for years. Often mid-weight, with some obvious (yet delicious) oak aging that is hard to resist. This wine drinks well now, but will surely reward with a few years of cellaring.
