100% Chardonnay sourced from estate plots that overlook the “Clos du Mesnil” vineyard in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Hand-harvested fruit undergoes slow fermentation in stainless steel for several weeks, going through malolactic fermentation before it ages on lees for a minimum of 24 months. Julien Launois himself hand turns every bottle for the month before disgorgement.
