The estate was built in 1780 and has the good fortune of being neighbors to one of the legendary 1st growth properties, Chateau Haut Brion. A gorgeous blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon that shows a vibrant, youthful side now (loads of citrus, sea salt, and green herb) that, if held will develop into a richer, more mature version of itself. If enjoying within the next 2 years, pair with traditional Basil Pesto over Linguine. If aging beyond, pair with Sea Scallops and Creamed Spinach. - Noelle Starr
