Description
This wine is made with the fruit-forward Bobal grape, and is fermented at low temperature with prolonged skin contact in stainless steel tanks. It is certified Organic and Vegan, with a beautifully intense nose with gobs of fresh red and black fruits and hints of fresh herbs. Surprising tannins add structure that leads to a long, silky-smooth finish. Serve chilled (56-65°F) and enjoy with meats, pasta, and paella. #CHILLABLERED
