Yuu Baal mezcal is made by producers in San Juan del Rio, San Luis del Rio, Tlacolula, and Miahuatlan, Oaxaca. The unaged Joven Espadin has aromas of Fresno chile and mango, tropical fruit flavors that become increasingly spicy, and a long salty and mineral finish.
