Wildly spicy yet balanced—notes of black pepper, orchard fruit, citrus peel, caramel, oak, and herbal complexity; clean finish with lingering rye heat. Milled, mashed, distilled, barreled, and bottled onsite in Basalt. Absolutely no outsourcing. Rested in new American oak (medium Toast #3) for a rich, spice-forward profile.
