Grapes sourced from organic and sustainable vineyards in Mendocino County in northern California. A blend of predominantly Petite Sirah (69%) and Zinfandel (31%). Both varietals were destemmed and co-fermented once the Zinfandel spontaneously began fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks. No fining or filtering. No added sulfur. Dark in the glass, the wine has proper acidity to focus the big fruit flavors.
