Jesuitengarten GG is a sloped vineyard in Forst with red sandstone, limestone and basalt-filled soil. The wine was spontaneously fermented in 500l oak barrels and matured on the yeast for 1.5 years. Shows spicy, fine reduction and deep fruit. Von Winning's rarest GG.
