Description
Crafted from a single vineyard that is 100 years old, organic, and owned by the winery. Employing the traditional winemaking practices of Tierra del Vino, grapes are harvested together, both white and red. Fermented in a lagar with whole bunches, without destemming, tread them for 5 days until fermentation begins, then press them, and age the wine for 6 months in used barrels. The result is a wine with a fresh, electric mouthfeel and great complexity.
