A London Dry gin produced in the Galicia region of northwest Spain. Featured botanicals include juniper, cassia and Ceylon cinnamon, angelica root, sweet orange peel, lemon peel, green cardamom, nutmeg, and licorice. A nose of orange blossom and licorice introduces a bright palate of juniper and subtle baking spice with a creamy finish.
