Toad Hollow Chardonnay is 100% stainless steel barrel fermented, using NO OAK at all. I like this chardonnay for it crisp clean taste and loads of fruitiness. Has a full-bodied mouth-feel and is well balanced with acidity and complex fruit flavors of ripe apple and pear and honeydew melon. A dry texture and medium spiciness is evident on the finish.
