Description
Initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in casks that held a blend of oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherries. Aromas of caramelized orange, ginger, and sultanas, all laced with honey, give way to flavors of dark chocolate and crushed almonds with a dusting of cinnamon, with sweet mangoes, panna cotta, and lemon sponge cake on the finish.
