Description
Grapes were hand picked over several passes between three different vineyards in the Cienega Valley of California's Central Coast. The blend of 52% Chardonnay, 48% Riesling may seem surprising but the result is a wine that is broad, yet light and refreshing thanks to the Riesling's acidity. Fermentation is with native yeast, bottled unfined and unfiltered and with minimal to no sulfur.
