Stearns American’s flagship whiskey is made with a mash bill of 95% Rye and 5% Barley. It’s rested in American White Oak and finished with charred Pimento wood to add a new dimension to the spice of the grain. Avon Rye has a subtle floral aroma with a hint of vanilla and black cherry. The experience is slightly sweet and mellow with notes of leather, clove, old oak, and cinnamon, with a long, peppery finish.
