Japanese Yuzu is macerated and vapor-distilled in Skaalvenn's pot still along with other fresh gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander, lemon, orange, and angelica root. The result is a gin that resembles a London Dry style, but with the unmistakable aroma and taste of Yuzu.
