With no rye or wheat used in this expression the corn really shines. Sweet aromas of orange blossom, vanilla and creamed corn but this also has a pleasant smokey and savory side thanks to the charred barrel. The palate reminds me of a Minnesota summer classic: sweet corn topped with big pad of butter. The savory elements are there too: bbq meat, cinnamon and black pepper.
