To many of our European customers, Slovenian wines are hardly unusual. But to some of us Minnesotans, this wine seems rather exotic. It’s a blend of eight grapes, some you may know (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Riesling) and a few you may not (Welschriesling, Furmint, Muscat). Aromatically bright, clean, and pretty with lemon, green apple, and white peach. The palate is crisp, the body light, and the finish is nothing short of refreshing.
