Description
Torrontes is to white wine in Argentina what Malbec is to red. While not yet as popular as its red counterpart, it is gaining converts steadily. Indigenous to Argentina and a cross of Muscat of Alexandria and Mission, this varietal has gorgeous aromatic qualities. It’s flowery and fruity with white peach and rose petal; full and fruity in the mouth and utterly delightful. Try it instead of Sauvignon Blanc for something different.
