The plants, roots, and botanicals used for infusion of this vermouth are picked by climbers entirely by hand from the Occitan alpine region. The production is all done at Bordiga Distillery, one of the sole vermouth producers existing without interruption for the past 200 years. Sweet, herbal, and oxidative flavors, developing into light herbaceous tones with prominent spices.
