The plants, roots and botanicals used for infusion of this vermouth are picked by climbers entirely by hand from the Occitan alpine region. The production is all done at Bordiga Distillery, one of the sole vermouth producers existing without interruption for the past 200 years. Mulassano Bianco has a waxy sweetness with freshness on the palate and herbal notes balancing an elegant finish.
