Description
Blended from varietals sourced from various northern California vineyards. Made from Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Carignan, and Petite Sirah grown in vineyards that practice organic, dry-farm methods. The grapes are whole-cluster fermented before aging in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak barriques for 6 months. Unfined, lightly filtered. Juicy and fresh, this wine is a true chameleon with food.
