Produced from grapes grown in shale soils, only a stone’s throw south from the Swartland region, this wine is created using a unique blend of Sauvignon Blanc & 30 day skin-contact Colombard. Vintage tasting notes: A pale golden color leads a present & rich nose of granadilla, elder flower & pear. Topical & citrusy on the palate – pineapple, passion fruit & lime. Salt & spekboom notes linger throughout.
