Their California Orange Citrus beautifully builds on the signature Gunpowder Irish Gin by infusing vibrant California orange peel into the original botanical blend of gunpowder green tea and orient-inspired spices. Distilled at 43% ABV, this offers a bright, spirited twist—lush orange front notes melding with juniper, warming spices, and a subtle, smoky-gunpowder teatime depth. This is a citrusy and balanced gin that is especially good during the summer season.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Drumshanbo California Orange Citrus Gin
• 4–6 oz Q light tonic water

Instructions:

Fill a glass with ice, add gin, top with tonic. Stir gently. Garnish with an orange slice.

• ½ oz Garden Variety Simple Syrup
• ½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 2 oz Kraemer Blanc de Blanc Brut

Instructions:

Shake gin, lemon, and syrup with ice. Strain into a stemmed glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon twist.

• ½ oz simple syrup
• Club soda to top
• Garnish: lemon wheel & fresh herbs

Shake gin, lemon juice, and syrup with ice. Strain into a highball glass and top with soda. Garnish with an orange wheel and a sprig of whatever fresh herb you have on hand.

• 1 oz Campari Aperitivo
