Continuing with a great series we've started; Surdyk's staff is here to show you how to use a specialty spirit or liqueur in several ways so you can feel confident about your purchase AND avoid lingering bottles in the back of the bar cabinet. Get ready for the bottle you will be reaching for all spring (and summer!) long.

THE BOTTLE: Chambéryzette Strawberry Aperitif
