The Hugo Spritz
Following the classic 3:2:1 spritz ratio of 3 simple ingredients:
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz soda water
You can also easily make a large batch of Hugo Spritzes using the same ratio (1 bottle of Prosecco, 2 cups of Elderflower Liqueur, and 1 cup soda water). Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint!
Make a Hugo Spritz
Step #1: Add Elderflower Liqueur and mint sprig to a wine glass (or pitcher for a large batch). Gently muddle.
