DELILLE CELLARS 2019 D2 RED
This wine shows what Washington state is capable of. A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot grapes hand selected from 15 specific sites and aged for 18 months in French oak. A concentrated beauty. Cassis, plum, toasted spice, and lead pencil mingle on the palate. The wine’s polished tannins make this a joy to drink today but will reward cellaring for an additional 5 years.

DELILLE CELLARS 2019 CHALEUR BLANC
The 2019 represents the 25th anniversary of this bottling. Blended from the classic Bordeaux varietals of 69% Sauvignon Blanc and 31% Semillon, the wine shows enticing aromas of citrus, hay, lanolin, and pastry dough. On the palate, the wine is complex, yet incredibly balanced, with notes of white peach, lemon zest, and herb garden. Aged in a combination of French oak and stainless steel, the wine’s generous texture delivers a pleasingly long finish.
