Yves Duport Le Marginal is made from 75% Mondeuse and 25% Jacquere from 25-35-year-old vines grown in calcareous clay near Bugey. Spontaneous fermentation with ambient yeast, maceration in stainless steel, bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
