First produced in 1900, Lazzaroni Maraschino is one of the oldest liqueurs produced by Lazzaroni. It's a clear, relatively dry liqueur made from the infusion of marasca cherries and their crushed pits, which gives it a slightly bitter almond flavor. Try it in an Aviation or Emerson cocktail.
