This seventh-generation grower-producer makes linear, focused wine based on the Meunier grape. Located in the village of Chavot in the Vallee de Marne, their cuvees are excellent examples of what Meunier can contribute to the spectrum of Champagne. This Ultradition Brut is 60% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, with 40% of this cuvee coming from reserve wines. The moderate dosage (7g/l) results in a balanced, delicious introduction to the house.
